Hello, all my friends! It’s our great honor to introduce our waste tire pyrolysis plant with the latest technology from Xinxiang HUAYIN machinery to all of you. Waste tire pyrolysis plant is also called waste tire recycling plant, from its name, you can see that it’s a recycling equipment that turn waste into energy. The raw materials can be waste tires, tyres, plastics and rubbers. So why don’t you utiliza these wastes? In fact, wastes or treasure, it fully depends on you. Huayin pyrolysis plant is different from others, it’s much safer, more energy saving with higher oil yield. I’ll introduce the main parts to you in the following parts.

Reactor: Reactor decides the machine’s life directly. Huayin tire pyrolysis plant’s reactor is made by Q345R boiler plate, you can also choose S310 or 310S+Q345R to extend the lifetime. In addition, we have inside and outside auto-welding with rock wool insulation board.


Auto-feeder: Huayin auto-feeder can bear 50 ton hydraulic pressure, you don’t need to crush the wastes since our auto-feeder can feed all types of raw materials, in this way, you can save much time and manpower.


Oil-water separator: If you know the oil-water separator working theory, it is very easy for you to understand it. It is designed to separate oil and water, collect the heavy oil into oil tank one, more important, water sealing design is much safer.
