1, Raw material:

2, Condenser:

Condenser is an very important part in this plant. Its function is cooling the oil gas, making oil gas into liquid, so that they can be collected. Better cooling efficiency, more liquid oil. If the condensing system isn’t good enough, lots of oil gas will cannot be liquefied, they will become exhaust gas, cause great waste, on the other hand, temperature of oil gas is very high, this is much more dangerous.

The condensing system of our plant:

We adopt three steps cooling system:

First step: cooling water and crude oil and pouring oil into the first heavy oil tank through oil-water separator.
Second step: cooling light oil and pouring it into the second measuring tank.
Third step: cooling the oil gas and exhaust gas (main composition of natural gas are methane, ethane, butane, hydrogen, etc ). Separating the gas above C4H, gas below C4H which can not be liquefied under normal pressure can be recycled to furnace thus energy saving and environmental friendly.
We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 40 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield. Our new designed plant adopt horizontal condenser, cooling efficiency is much better.

3, operation of the workers:

Workers operating mainly refers to the control of the temperature. If the temperature control is not well, a lot of oil gas will become tail gas (oil gas and tail gas is reciprocal relationships), high temperature exhaust gas would be much less oil and gas.
If you order our plant, this problem is no need to worry about, we will send the technicians to carry out the installation and debugging of equipment for the foreign users with compensation. Working process:

We need to pump waste oil into reactor by oil pump,then to heat reactor,and the liquid oil will become oil gas,oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser,then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees,the gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees.

Waste tire pyrolysis plant working process:

First, put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor with any one of the following fuel materials: coal, wood, natural gas, oil. Do not stop heating the reactor, when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tires will be transferred to oil gas.
Second, the liquid oil will be cooled by condenser from oil gas and then collected by oil tank. Third, the exhaust gas which can’t be cooled in normal pressure will be recycled to heat the reactor. In this way, you can not only saving energy, but also protecting environment.
Fourth, smoke produced by processing the tires/plastics can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
Fifth, after you get oil, the temperature will be low, at this time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Last, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, worker could put steel wire hook to reactor to take steel wire out. After all these steps, you can start another batch.

Advantages:

Working process:

First step, make the reactor rotate clockwise 0.4 turn per minute, put raw materials into reactor automatically, close the feeding door tightly.
Second step, burn the fuel materials( like coal, wood, natural gas,oil etc ) in the furnace. The reactor will be heated slowly. when the temperature reaches nearly 180℃, the oil gas will come out and then go to the cooling system and liquefying to oil.Some incondensable gas which can’t cooling down will flow to furnace through a pipe which can be used to heat the reactor.
In this way, you can save much more energy as you use energy for heating only in the first 2 hours. After the first 2 hours, the main fuel is gas. After pyrolysis, all the oil gas will come out from reactor, the temperature will falling down. Then make the rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begins.
Last step,when the temperature falls to 50℃, worker can open the door of the reactor and take steel wire out.
