High capacity continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant for crude oil with 60 ton hydraulic pressure

  company profile

As the world economy grow fast in rencent years, the petroleum scarce tendency has grown day by day. When humans enters into the 90’s, the energy has become the main problem restricting many countries economy development. It is said that the petroleum on global land will be exhausted within 50 years, so it has become the various countries matter of concern to seek the new energy. Huayin continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant use the latest technology convert waste plastic/tire/oil into crude oil, realizing develop the new energy.

Raw material feeding system

In our continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant, we have an auto-feeder for putting into the material. The 60T hydraulic pressure can feed 500 kg one time. If the material is 10tons waste tyre, feeding time will last 2 hours. And if you choose the auto-feeder, it means no workers need to lift up the tyres into the reactor thus save manpower. After dischage the carbon, if you use feeder, you don’t need to wait the reator cooling down, you can start next batch directly since no worker need to go inside to feed raw material, it can save time and much more safe.

Function and Appliance Scope

The universal and multi-function products is our newest design fit for waste plastic and waste tires that contain oil in solid condition.
Device Composition:
The host is composed by reactor, base, fire channel, package and power and etc.
A.Reactor:Using 245R,345R boiler plate or 304 and 306 stainless. The thickness of part by fire is 14mm,16mm or 18mm,other parts 12mm.
B.End Enclosure:Using 245R,345R boiler plate and head of pressure vessel.
C.Welding:Using the same material welding wires, automatic welding, processing according to standard of head of pressure vessel.Guarantee the quality and bigger bearing capacity.
D.Compound door of feeding:Big door?—Φ1200mm;Small door—Φ720mm
With big door when feeding the whole tires and big pieces of waste plastic. With small door when feeding the broken tires and waste plastic, multifunction and many choice.

Different Model and capacity of continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant

1. This mode of pyrolysis machine can load 10 tons of crushed tires or 12 tons of waste plastic.
2. After finishing one batch, with auto-feeder, you don’t need to wait the pyrolysis machine cooling down since workers will have to go inside to feed material. If you don’t have one, in that way it will be time-wasting and dangerous.
3. Built-in spiral plates, these plates will make the waste tires/ plastic go ahead.

1. It can load 10 tons of waste tires or 12 tons of waste plastic.
2. The reactor adopts Q345R steel plant and its thickness is 16 mm, which can bear 500-750 batches.
3. We can also make reactor by material 310S+Q345R, which obviously prolong service life 3-5 times.
4. The reactor has two layers, the outer layer built-in cotton insulation, fire cement and steel.

1. Working with Auto-feeder, it is able to contain 12 tons crushed tires or 10 tons whole tires.
2. For plastic, it can contain even 12 tons.
3. The diameter of feeding port is 1400mm.
4.After 2 hours feeding time, it’s time to heat the reactor by coal/wood/natural gas/crude oil. Generally speaking, when the temperature ups to 155 Celsius degrees around, the oil gas will generated.
