Waste tire pyrolysis plant working process:

First, put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor with any one of the following fuel materials: coal, wood, natural gas, oil. Do not stop heating the reactor, when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tires will be transferred to oil gas.
Second, the liquid oil will be cooled by condenser from oil gas and then collected by oil tank. Third, the exhaust gas which can’t be cooled in normal pressure will be recycled to heat the reactor. In this way, you can not only saving energy, but also protecting environment.
Fourth, smoke produced by processing the tires/plastics can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
Fifth, after you get oil, the temperature will be low, at this time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Last, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, worker could put steel wire hook to reactor to take steel wire out. After all these steps, you can start another batch.

Advantages:

1, environmental friendly:

environmental protection include four parts: water, slag, gas, sound.
Water includes two parts. First, condensing water can be recycled. No pollution, only a little high temperature.
As by-product, slag can make carbon black. Pastes and industry or agriculture coal after adding chemicals.
Gas include wo parts. First, exhaust and hydrogen produced in the refining process through the exhaust gas recovery system; Second, smoke dust generated meet emission standards of national requirements after the dust treatment of dust catcher.

2, security:

Our equipments have anti-blocking device, also have pressure gauges, alarms, safety valves and vacuum equipment. Normal operation are going on under negative pressure or ordinary pressure. In case of congestion, there will be pressure that arouses alarm, if no response from workers, safety valves will decompress pressure automatically. Our waste tire pyrolysis plant guarantee no accidents. Workers shall operate normally and check pressure gauges, alarm and safety valve pipe flow regular. To ensure safety in production, the shift workers are not free to their posts.

3, low cost:

cheap equipment and cheap material(waste tires). Well sealing for heating system , no gas leak and saving fuel.The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating, lower the cost.

4, long working life:

Material: Q245R special steel plate ,thickness 14mm.
Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.
The service life of the reactor will be 8 -10 years

5, high oil yield:

Average oil yield of waste tires is about 45%–50%.Three cooling processes ensure the oil gas liquefied sufficiently.Catalyst chamber ensure the raw material pyrolysis totally.
