Waste oil recycling system working process:

First, pump the waste oil into reactor by oil pump.
Second, use coal/wood/natural gas/fuel oil/electricity heating the reactor.
Third, after heating some time, the liquid oil will become oil gas, oil gas will be liquefied by the cooling pipe and condensers then will go into oil tank. Here we get mixed oil, or u can also call it fuel oil. If you wanna get diesel and gasoline separately, through temperature control could separate it and collected into two different oil tanks.
Fourth, some gases (syngas) like Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, and Hydrogen cannot be liquefied under normal pressure and normal temperature will be recycled to fire furnace heating the reactor.
Fifth, when use burning material heating the reactor, will produce some smoke. These smokes will go into our de-dusting system, the inside we design some high pressure nozzles, these nozzles will spraying some chemical water, the dust will be absorbed by the chemical water and flowing into the de-dusting pool. In the pool we will put some chemical which could remove the sulfur.
Sixth, the exhaust gas will go into the chimney sucked by draft fan, when emission the exhaust gas will become steam, no pollution.

Working process:

First,put the raw material into reactor door, seal the feed inlet system.
Second,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system .The reactor will slowly be heated ,when the temperature reach around 250 °C,it will produce oil gas .
Third,oil gas will go to cooling system ,it will cold into liquid oil by the water cooling.The gas which can not liquid under normal pressure ,which are designed back to combustion system,as fuel in place of the fuel material to heat the reactor which can save energy .After oil comes out fully ,the temperature of reactor will go down .At the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Lastly,when the temperature fall to 100 °C,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, then can start another batch working.

In our processing,there is an auto-feeder for putting into the material.60T hydraulic pressure,can feed 500 kg one time,if 10tons tire/plastic,feeding time will last 2 hours.And if you choose the feeder,that means no need workers lift up the tires into the reactor,save manpower.After discharge the carbon,if you use feeder,no need wait the reactor cool down,can start next batch directly,cause no need worker go inside to feed,can save time and also very safe,after finish one batch,there are lots of different gas inside the reactor,even you cool down it,how can you ensure it’s safe when your workers go inside.So this is the heart point of our auto-feeder.

2, Reactor:

Reactor is the most important of whole system,actually,the lifetime is according to the material of reactor. Before,all the companies use Q245R boiler plate,until now,most of them still not change,but we already changed to Q345R many years,the quality of these two material are totally different,Q245R only can last 400 batches,but Q345R can last 650-700 batches.Why the price of machines are different?If really same quality and cost,how could they sell the machine lose cost,I think that’s not true. 3,Vacuum system:

We get this patent, it’s designed by our boss and our engineers. It’s a safe device, the working principle is very simple: use the motor and water pump to keep the water rotating at a high speed, ensure there is a vacuum,then can suck all the gas from reactor,before 100 degree,can suck all the steam,there will be no water in the oil.And also if all the gas is sucked to the back,inside the reactor pressure will be negative, it’s much safer. Also the pyrolysis temperature will be lower to save energy.

4, Condenser:

In our machine,there are two horizontal condensers. Some people said that the big pool is better than condenser and also said more pipes inside the condenser or more condenser and so on. I just want to ask them:Do you understand pyrolysis machine and oil refining machine? In all of the world,the standard cooling is pipe condenser,and also the distance of cooling can not be very long ,that will reduce oil percentage.This is not secret,but why more and more customer said that’ good? Three Steps Cooling system:

1. First step, cooling pipe.  Two layers, inner will be oil gas, out side will be covered by water, here heavy oil will be recycled, go into first heavy oil tank through oil-water separator.
2. Second step, Condenser. We have two different design—- Horizontal condenser and Vertical condenser. Each condenser has 57 small gas pipes inside. Water will be outside and covered all these 57 small pipes, heat will be flowed out together with the flowing water. Here light oil will be recycled, go into second light oil tank.
3. Third step, residual gas cooling system, here the oil quality is very good, also go into second light oil tank. Through these three steps, cooling effect could be guaranteed, as well as oil yield rate.
