The composition and function of each part

 

  A:Reactor

1. The raw material of reactor is Q345R. Q345R is mainly used for pressure vessel because it can be continuously heated for long time.
2. Auto-welding with carbon arc air gouging technique.
3. The reactor is fully covered by thermal insulation. Heat preservation effect is good.
4. The gear is separated from the reactor. It avoids deformation after being heated for long time. Even it is broken you only need to change the gear. The maintenance cost is low.
5. Gaps are sealed by asbestos pad.
6. There is an safety net inside the reactor. It prevents the raw materials going to accessories and avoiding blocking.
7. There are spiral plates inside of the reactor cab help to auto-feed and slag.
8. Feed port is round shape. It can work with auto-feeder. It helps you feed more raw materials and improve working efficiency.

  B: Catalyst Chamber

1. Reduce the speed of oil gas.
2. Purify oil gas.
3. Catalyst improves oil quality and oil yield.

  C: Oil-water Separator

1. Purify oil gas with recycling water.
2. Water sealing design guarantees that the tail gas can not go back to reactor so keep machine safe.
3. Separate heavy oil and water.
4. Make heavy oil go into first oil tank.

  D: Cooling System

(Vertical Condenser and horizontal Condenser)
1.  Huayin waste tyre refining plant adopt 3 processes of cooling to improve oil yield and oil quality.
2. No jam with oil and gravity.
3. Easy to clean the channel, low labor intensity.
5. Flange connection and easy to maintenance.

  E: Oil Tank

There are 4th generation oil tank and 5th generation oil tank. One is the heavy oil tank and the other is the light oil tank.

  F: Anti-back fire device

1. Recycle tail gas to furnace. It is environmental protection and saves your fuel.
2. Water sealing design guarantees that the tail gas can not go back to reactor and accessories so that keep machine safe.

  G: Buffer Tank

The effect of the buffer tank is that buffer the oil gas, let the oil gas slow down

Operating System:

 

  1.Heating system

Reactor
Adopting unique heating technology and fire channel, using hot air to heating and adopting article furnace universal heating model, the main engine use horizontal-type of 360°structure-0.4 r/min

  2.Separation system

Catalyst chamber and oil water separator
Depart the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil.

  3.Condensing system

Generally speaking , for all the raw material all be finished by heating to gasification and cracking, and then cooling to get oil, so the key is the relationship between the yield rate and condensation. So the best and easy way is to improve the condenser cooling effect so as to get higher yield rate.

  4.Dedusting system

Complete dust removal system
Desulfurization dedusting:remove the sulphur(when use coal as fuel) and dust
Water purification: for the second removal.

  5.Waste gas recycles system

In the process of refining oil, when the gas is heated up to 150 , it will produce a large amount of gasCH4& C4H8 ,which cannot convert to liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure. However, these gases can be used as fuel, which is not only environment protection but also energy conservation

  6.Carbon black recycles system

Vacuum carbon black slagging system
The solid residual will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately take up 5% of the waste tire.
