In December 2014, we got a customer from Bangladesh came to visiting Huayin factory. He wanted to buy the tire recycling to standard diesel oil machine from reputable China supplier. The Banladesh customer plan to process 10 tons of waste tire per day. He told us the local situaton in Dhaka city: “the waste tyres in Bangladesh is easy and cheap to get, you can see many waste tyres thrown away, and collect them very easy, you can even get them for free at some places, and some areas you can buy it at low price. That’s why we finally decide to invest in this project for it’s low cost and bright prospect”.
As Huayin owns mature proven technology, our 5th generation tire pyrolysis plant can meet their government environmental protection standard. We supply the SGS Oil report and Emission SGS reports that helps our customer get license in a short time.
At this moment, our engineer Mr. Guo is in Dhaka, Bangladesh to install 5th generation tire pyrolysis, distillation and oil washing equipment. The end products will be diesel oil, while, it need to mixed with standard diesel on fixed proportion then used in motor engines directly.
