Tire to diesel pyrolysis plant under installtion in Dhaka now

In December 2014, we got a customer from Bangladesh came to visiting Huayin factory. He wanted to buy the tire recycling to standard diesel oil machine from reputable China supplier. The Banladesh customer plan to process 10 tons of waste tire per day. He told us the local situaton in Dhaka city: “the waste tyres in Bangladesh is easy and cheap to get, you can see many waste tyres thrown away, and collect them very easy, you can even get them for free at some places, and some areas you can buy it at low price. That’s why we finally decide to invest in this project for it’s low cost and bright prospect”.

As Huayin owns mature proven technology, our 5th generation tire pyrolysis plant can meet their government environmental protection standard. We supply the SGS Oil report and Emission SGS reports that helps our customer get license in a short time.

At this moment, our engineer Mr. Guo is in Dhaka, Bangladesh to install 5th generation tire pyrolysis, distillation and oil washing equipment. The end products will be diesel oil, while, it need to mixed with standard diesel on fixed proportion then used in motor engines directly.

How to set up plastic to oil project?

Many clients wrote in the email that they want to start waste plastic to oil project in their local place, as they see bright prospect about the oil market. But as such big project, they feel confused how to start it.

Now let’s see an analysis about the project:                                            

1. Abundant Material:

It can be waste tyre, waste plastic, used rubber tyre products, be sure that you have sufficient raw material resources, it can guarantee the daily running of your plant.

2. Choose suitable plastic pyrolysis plant supplier

It you want to get the final oil as crude oil, you only need to buy the pyrolysis plant. While, if you want to get the diesel oil as final products, it need three links of plant:

1st link: pyrolysis. This link can process raw material into crude oil.

2nd link: distillation. Pump the crude oil to distillation machine to get diesel.

3rd link: decolor and deodorant device. Process the diesel which is from 2nd link to get clean diesel with good color and smell.

3. License from government

We can support CE, ISO9001&ISO14001, SGS report and other documents and information to you for applying for license.

4. Reasonable Site

The 1st link needs 400 square meters, the 2nd link needs around 400 meters, the 3rd link needs around 200 square meters. Whole set needs 1000 squares meters.

5. Good Selling Channel or usage

For the pyrolysis plant, the main output is oil, it can used as the industry fuel, like heating furnace. The other output is carbon black and steel wire, the carbon black can used for fuel, and used for chemical industry after grinding. And the final after three links, the plastic diesel can be used in engines directly.

① Huayin Story

In last century around 1993, a young man with passion and aspiration named Guo, started to run a small oil refining factory which nearly went broken at that time. American Friends Finally Ordered Huayin Tyre Pyrolysis Plant Equipment

In our last several episodes, some American friends were mentioned.

They started to know Xinxiang Huayin Renewable Energy Equipment Co. Ltd about two years ago, and loved our technology. It has been a long time for them to decide on this tire/plastic pyrolysis machine project, because a wise choice was never easy to make. They spent a lot of time and effort investigating and preparing.

This time, indeed they came to China to do something about the whole process. And they are still here in the city and visit our factory and workshops very often. Besides, we seldom meet this kind of clients who linger for a long time since they are businessmen.

After a long time investigation and thorough thinking, they eventually decided to order, and they even plan to stay longer to witness the entire production and consignment.

Congratulations to Huayin waste tyre pyrolysis to oil machine installed successfully in Greece

After about one month, our dear engineer finished his wonderful journey in Greece with helping a client there to install the beautiful yellow waste tyre pyrolysis to oil plant and the commissioning part.

Our engineer, the client and the workers on site enjoyed their time together, though it is imaginable that the process must have been difficult and full of challenges. However, from their joyful facial expressions, I can tell they have gone through all the difficulties by team work, and succeeded in the end.

In fact, I am so speechless when I saw all these pictures above from the working site.

And I am so amazed by their joint effort and the beautiful work they have done, and they will continue their refining assembly with an impressive start.

I guess the coming period will be less difficult than before.

Waste Plastic to Oil Energy Create Wealth

US Friends Prolong Their Journey in China, to Be Exact Huayin

Several American friends as well as our clients visited our company and factories two days ago to get a larger picture of Xinxiang Huayin Renewable Energy Equipment Co. Ltd and her waste tires/plastic to oil pyrolysis plant and waste oil to diesel distillation machine.

At the very beginning, they spent time with our leadership discussing about latest pyrolysis technology and waste management in the dinning room of our company. Besides, our leadership also shared something about our belief and the mission on His disciples. Both of them enjoyed their time together very much.

What should be mentioned here is Chinese food and our foreign friends. We have accepted plenty of friends from different continents all over the world, most of them were fond of Chinese food and ate a lot during the meals, however, still some fellows dislike our food here because of their strong racial eating habits, and we also respect that. And we are glad to know that our US friends love Chinese food.

After about two days’ trip in Zhengzhou, they changed their plan and chose to stay longer in Huayin factory to know more details of our unique technology and pyrolysis assembly. Huayin people will be full of passion to welcome and entertain our dear friends from afar.
