Main features of our waste tire to oil machine:

1. No need shred tires, with auto feeder, could feeding whole tire directly.

Waste tire pyrolysis plant working process:

Firstly, put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly, burn the fuel material (coal. wood, gas or oil) in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reaches around the certain temperature, it will from solid into gas ,the oil gas will be produced by our technology, then go into the Catalytic Chamber to speed up the reaction and clean out the wax and other impurity. Then go to water-oil separator, and the heavy oil will be separated, and then go through the cooling system to be liquid oil, the gas which cannot be liquid will be recycled to the reactor for heating.

At the same time, the dust removal device will clean up the dust in the gas, then the gas through the Condenser being cooled into liquid, then the gas exhausted to the air is little, so it is no pollution and energy saving.

Usage of the final products:

1, Oil usage: you could sell it to oil refining factory directly, use it for heating.

2, Carbon black usage: you can sell it directly, or make further process. There are two ways to process carbon black.

First, you could use a grinder machine, grind the carbon black into 800-1200mesh or more, then sell it into plastics factory, tube factory, rubber factory…

Second, you could use carbon black pellet machine, make the powder carbon black into carbon black pellet, then could use it for heating.

3, Steel wire usage: you can sell the steel wire directly. It can be valued about 2000RMB per ton in China.

Waste tire to oil pyrolysis machine working process:

First, put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor with any one of the following fuel materials: coal, wood, natural gas, oil. Do not stop heating the reactor, when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tire will be transferred to oil gas.

Second, the liquid oil will be cooled by condenser from oil gas and then collected by oil tank. Third, the exhaust gas which can’t be cooled in normal pressure will be recycled to heat the reactor. In this way, you can not only saving energy, but also protecting environment.

Fourth, smoke produced by processing the tires/plastics can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.

Fifth, after you get oil, the temperature will be low, at this time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Last, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, worker could put steel wire hook to reactor to take steel wire out. After all these steps, you can start another batch.

The key parts of the waste tire recycle machine are reactor and cooling systems:

Reactor directly decides the machine’s safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

For cooling systems, there are two steps. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 40 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.

Working process:

Firstly, put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly, burn the fuel material (coal. wood, gas or oil) in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reaches around the certain temperature, it will from solid into gas ,the oil gas will be produced by our technology, then go into the Catalytic Chamber to speed up the reaction and clean out the wax and other impurity. Then go to water-oil separator, and the heavy oil will be separated, and then go through the cooling system to be liquid oil, the gas which cannot be liquid will be recycled to the reactor for heating.

At the same time, the dust removal device will clean up the dust in the gas, then the gas through the Condenser being cooled into liquid, then the gas exhausted to the air is little, so it is no pollution and energy saving.
