European standard environmental friendly:

It will include four parts: water, slag, gas, noise.

Water includes two parts, condensing water and dust removing water. The condensing water are recycling water, the final released waster will not cause any environmental pollution, just the temperature is a bit high. The dust removing water are circulating water, they will be evaporated without any emissions.

Slag, it is by-product; we can also called it carbon black. It is high value by-product with our new solution.

Gas includes two parts, exhaust gas and smoke dust. Exhaust gas is Methane, Ethane…these kind of gas are every easy to burning, here we make a special design that recycle it into fire furnace, heating the reactor. Smoke dust, it is generated from burning coal/wood. Through de-dusting system, it could meet the European emission standard.

Noise: Huayin waste pyrolysis plant adopts low noise fan equipment, the noise is less than 60 decibels, noise of power part and auto-feeder are not more than 50 db. If there are any greening trees around your factory, the noise is below 50 in the day and 45 decibels at night.

Lessons Drawn from the Training

Through all the difficulties we experienced and the challenges we conquered together during the training of Xinxiang Huayin Renewable Energy Equipment Co. Ltd waste to energy pyrolysis plant in February 6th to 8th, 2015, the writer would like to share some lessons we have drawn. On one hand, we were not trained for playing games or wasting time. On the other hand, we would rather live a better, more grateful and fulfilled life in the coming days.

Above all, the most lesson we have got is from the wire mesh escaping challenge. At the very beginning when seeing the wall, almost everyone  exclaimed and was frightened, and considered it impossible to successfully go through. However, the next moments, most of the teammates started to figure out a way to pass on every single person through the little hole without touching it according to the rule. When we thought as one, and focused on our life goal as one, brilliant methods came upon. At long last, we all successfully survived by the united perseverance and kneeling prayers. After this activity, we learned that when facing difficulties, we shall focus on the goal instead of challenges themselves, then the solution will come soon. Because if we focus on the problem, it will become bigger than it should be.

The second lesson we drew from our experience is, as staff of a responsible supplier we shall love the clients we serve with passion and pure heart in the first place before they purchase our plants. And this love is not about purpose or financial benefit, we love because we are touched by the pure and unconditional love of the Creator, then we are determined to love life and every precious soul we meet.

In addition, we realized more clearly that the?details?determine? success or failure. Every activity we took part in was telling us we are one union, and if one makes a mistake, the whole team even the entire assembly will be affected largely. And if we do not pay attention to the slightest mistake, great loss will be caused some day in the near future. All the lessons we have drawn would influence our attitude towards life and job.

European Standard Dust-Removal Device for pyrolysis plant

European Standard Dust-Removal Device for waste tyre pyrolysis plant and waste plastic pyrolysis is also called the combination dedusting system which is mainly made of four parts.

The four parts are designed to connect each other in a parallel way to remove the acid gas in the smoke, such as SO2, and HCL,inside the pipe runs the circulating and spraying water and also the special material to remove the acid gas too. In addition, more water needs to be added yet no worries about the water become acid and then where to pour or flow. As for the emission, when it arrives a certain step the gas and black smoke is almost cleaned up, then goes through the No.4 part for the last step cleaning. It serves as a lift dust catacher, then goes out through chimney.

Part No.1 and No.2 are the one set bag-type dust collector, because the bag-type dust collector requires the emission temperature low, Part No.1 is used here to cool down the temperature due to the furnace.

And the main working principle is to remove the sulfur in the smoke and to reach the European standard emission requirements. More technical skills and details will only be released to the visitors who are determined to realize this technology.
